Author, Consultant, Decision Strategist
Jeremy Sable helps people make better decisions when the stakes are real and the answers aren't obvious.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Jeremy studied engineering at Virginia Tech before moving to Washington, DC to begin a career in government consulting—where decisions are often made with incomplete information, competing priorities, and real consequences. Over the years, he's helped teams and leaders navigate complex choices at work while quietly trying to figure out how to make better ones in life, too.
During COVID, Jeremy and his wife took advantage of remote work and moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico for two years—a period that forced a series of big, unfamiliar decisions about career, location, priorities, and what "success" actually meant.
More recently, they welcomed their first child and now live in the suburbs of Charlotte, North Carolina, where decision-making has become even more personal (and time-constrained).
Jeremy's work blends practical decision frameworks, many borrowed from consulting and engineering, with personal stories and real-world constraints. He doesn't believe most people struggle because they're incapable of making good decisions. He believes they're overwhelmed, over informed, and rarely taught how to decide.
Begin at the End is written for people who feel stuck, overthink important choices, or want a clearer way to navigate careers, relationships, money, and life's inevitable tradeoffs. It's not about having all the answers, it's about choosing a direction with confidence and moving forward without regret.
Jeremy lives with his wife, their son, and two dogs where decision-making is practiced daily—often under mild chaos, limited sleep, and circumstances that don't wait for perfect clarity.
